I've used Xenia Glass & Lock several times on my home and on my rental property. Unfortunately due to their antiquated record keeping, poor customer service department and lack of consideration of their customers, I will be taking my future business elsewhere. I do not appreciate and will not tolerate taking time off work for a scheduled appointment where the repairman is a no show and does not have the common courtesy to call to let me know he was not coming. Oh by the way, this appointment was to repair something they broke when they were here the last time.

It is my humble opinion that Xenia Glass & Lock does not value their customers and I do not recommend them.
