On Memorial Day morning 2018 (business closed) left phone message to return my call on next business day for an appointment to check and repair radiator leak on my pickup truck. Hour later received call back from owner, Mark T., stating although shop closed for MD he was at the shop and I could bring my truck to shop now and he’d evaluate the problem. I did just that. Mark determined there was a major radiator leak, radiator replacement needed. He phoned for a new radiator, it could be delivered that day (holiday), and he would do the work himself, despite business closed. Repair made and in a few hours picked up my truck. Mark made me feel confident all would be all right, price would be less than the dealer estimate I gave him, and work done on a holiday. Owner did not have to work on his day off, but he did for me. I had never met him before. Paid half dealer price. Mark has had his shop in Xenia a few decades and knows radiator and auto repair. He’s also friendly, the way business ownership used to be. I recommend XR&AS.
