Welcome to the Sea-Nik Vacation Rental website. We are a small family owned vacation rental business that began in September 2005. My husband Arch moved to Oregon in 1978. Previous to SNVR, Arch worked primarily as a paint contractor. He loves living in Yachats and frequently calls it paradise with an ocean view. I am a native Oregonian living in Yachats since 1983. Previous to SNVR, I worked in the medical and dental field. Each of us has appreciated raising our ( now grown ) children in this beautiful and quaint small community that we love.
