I stopped in to buy some chocolate, but first asked if the town tax applied. The owner became belligerent, very nasty. What should have been a simple question turned into an ugly argument.

Nicer people can be found in Seal Rock at "Indulge Sweets" and the best candy in the county can be found at "Newport Candy Shoppe."
