Hi, My name is Jen and I have been pampering pets or over 15 years. I started out in a small mom and pop business who was so awesome to teach me everything I needed to know to start helping make grooming a pleasing safe experience for the pets I work with. I eventually grew and moved on to Petco so that I could share my knowledge with others and gain some I didn't previously have. There I learned pet first aid, a lot about dog behavior and how to handle them in a more humane manor through training techniques, dog and cat nutrition and the difference between the "store brand" vs. premium high quality pet foods, and much more. It was such a rewarding experience to share my knowledge and tech new groomers to give beautiful hair cuts and learn all the new things that help me be a better groomer. I have had many years to perfect my professional skills and am very confident that if you give me a chance I can gain the trust and love of your beloved friend/pet during their grooming.
