I took my Lexus to Autocraft primarily because of their record achievements and their knowledge about luxury vehicles. Needles to say I was extremely pleased with the results. My vehicle did look "showroom new" as advertised and they took so many extra steps to take care of the tiniest detail. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone that has a luxury model vehicle that may need repairs. They will take good care of you and have an extremely personable customer service department. I appreciated the text messages that they provided to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle during the repair process. Christian took special care to see that the work was performed to the highest quality.

I just picked up my Four-runner and it is just like new! Autocraft did a great job of repairing my 2 front end dents, matching the paint perfectly and also replacing my windshield. The staff was all very helpful and they got my car done a little earlier than expected. Autocraft is professional, thorough and do great work. I wouldn't hesitate taking any vehicle there for repairs. I am kind of shocked by some of the previous reviews- because Autocraft was a positive experience for me.

I just recently had my vehicle repaired by Autocraft.Paint and body works. I was extremely pleased with how cost effective they were compared to other places. They gave me a time to bring it in and when it would be done. They were ahead of time on getting it back (which I know does not happen every-time in business today) and the job was such, you could not tell that any damage had ever been done. The staff was friendly, courtesy and genuinely concerned about me and my vehicle. I seldom ever write these type of reviews, but felt it important to let people know that this is a local business, with local owners and they are a step above the rest and work hard to earn their customers respect and I highly recommend them!

Auto Craft is an approved repair facility through my insurance company, GEICO. After an accident, I took my vehicle here to receive almost $6,000 in repairs. The shop/waiting area was clean and the staff was friendly. They gave me updates when I asked and let me retrieve a few items from my vehicle.



BUT, I am unhappy with the repair work. The rear panel that was replaced does not fit snuggly like the undamaged side does. The tail gate, that was repaired, is slightly out of whack leaving a large gap on one side. In addition, there is a metal strip under my rear window that now rubs on my front door when I open it. It even rubs away paint in an inconspicuous spot. The end of the metal strip was covered with electrical tape! The best part is, this piece was not even damaged in the accident!



To add insult to injury, the interior of my car was extremely dirty with shop dust. They say they don't detail cars (fair enough), but they do vacuum and wipe them out. If that's true, they missed a lot of spots.. Also, I found a shop rag and one of the worker's 7-Up bottle in the cargo area of my car. My key had a small amount of paint on it as well. While these may seem like small things, they add up to the already shoddy job they did repairing the vehicle.



I returned to Auto Craft and pointed out these issues, and I'll be returning my car next week for more work.
