The business office at this location if terrible. Went in for a cleaning and X-rays. Waited until I came into the office to tell me that I would have to pay the full amount because I had no more money on my plan. When I tried to cancel my appointment, I was told there was an $80 cancellation fee. But I could get my teeth just cleaned, no X-rays $75. Stupid me, went back again 6 months later for a cleaning. My husband changed jobs and we had new insurance. Went into the office right away and gave them NEW insurance information. 6 months later they called to confirm appointment and told me it would be $312 because they no insurance on file for me. I’m done. Cancelled my appointment and will not be returning back to that office.

got a full mouth extraction 26 teeth removed 7 surgicaly was awake the whole time when they were done they didnt sew me up at all they said that it would stop bleeding in a couple hours it never stopped bleeding i had blod clots the size of baseballs that i was choking on every time i laid down vicodin was not killing the pain and everytime i called i was told the bleeding will stop soon after about the 6th time calling them i went up to the hospital and they gave me a shot of dalata immediately for the pain and sent me home so 24 hrs later im still bleeding like a stuck pig i soaked 2 full size bath towels and was working on my 3rd i called them again and they said if i wanted to speak to the dentist i would have to go to ellensburg so i drive up there he numbs my mouth sews my whole mouth up and sends me on my way just leaving ellensburg at the big hill i get a flat tire have no lug wrench hot day cranky 2 year old no pain killers had to call les schwab cost me 200$ for them to change the tire and go back for another tire dentures were like horse teeth way to huge for my mouth second set of dentures still to big for my mouth so the outcome is still have no teeth , spent almost 10,000 CASH and a little over a year of wasted time

At almost 35 I've never had one until now. I went to Sunrise Dental in Yakima and I have to say they were AMAZING! Kind, caring, gentle and understanding! I will absolutely go back to them!

Heard advertisement on radio, sounded like a friendly place. Went in to make appt. Front desk welcoming and friendly. Dentist overly friendly but encouraging. Shared options and at no point did they quote me a cost during this time. Sent someone in to go over options and she quoted 1091.00 left room, Dentist came in and I chose the bridge treatment. So she pulled my tooth, went back up front to wait. I was called over and handed an estimate of 4500.00! I was shocked. Not only did they quote me a different cost but now I have a huge hole in my mouth!! Then the finish for me was they lied, didn't honor the first quote but now by the way you also have to pay that up front!!! I had already paid over 300.00 for that visit. How dare they pull a tooth without telling me the full cost and that they did not take payments. Recently I have spoken to a Dentist whose quote is 2500 less and that Sunrise Dental is the worst place to go! They are considered the "used car" of Dentistry. I agree����

My family loves this office! They make all of his comfortable when ever we visit. They always treat us with respect and care . If one of us aren't comfortable or if we don't like something they will either change the the way the do something or they let us know why its important it gets done. Great place for families. No size is too big. Keeping this office for many years!

Different hygenist each time. Did not take my gum line recession readings, so how can they build a baseline? Wants an x-ray per every visit. No discount for cash.

Very friendly staff and dentist. Makes you feel important. Nice dentist and great prices.

The staff at Sunrise Dental are amazing, friendly and funny. With the state of the art equipment and their up to date knowledge they were able to fix problem I was having where other dental clinics could not.

Sunrise dental is the best! Friendly, kind staff. Awesome service and the dentist is totally great. He has a very good sense of humor that sets the patient at ease. I can not say enough good things about these guys and girls! I strongly recommend Sunrise Dental. The best place to go. :)

Sunrise Dental will take care of you in the best way possible. The staff is very friendly and the office is clean and is has a very comforable enviroment. They also gave me free teeth whitening strips after my teeth cleaning appointment. Doesn't get much better than that!

when i went to sunrise dental of yakima for the first time i was looking for a dentist office that i like to go to and get my teeth cleaned and fixed. well SUnrise Dental of Yakima is the place! they ahve a nice staff and they also do great work i would reccomend them to anybody!
