Don't bank here! Horrible customer service. The branch manager looks at you like she doesn't understand English. Banner Bank is the WORST mistake you will ever make!

I had a similar situation there. Why is this bank still standing? I hope the branch fails soon. There is NOTHING worth praising this bank about. There are no compliments and no positive experiences. Unfortunately, I have been to 2 branches in yakima and both are terrible when it comes to customer care. The tellers stare at you as if you are bothering them and then they throw the money down when you cash your check there. It's like a bunch of dried up gorillas work there. I probably need to bring bananas in order to get adiquate service.

HORRIBLE BANK!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS!! THE TELLERS IGNORE YOU AND THEN ROLL THEIR EYES AND ASK "YEAH?" Nope, no professional greeting, no "Hello. How are you today?" No...not at this branch! Rude and tacky!
