DON'T trust the Geek Squad! I dropped off my lap top for repair about a month ago. It came back with MAJOR scratches! It's was pristine and recently purchased toward the end of Jan. I couldn't believe it! I almost didn't recognize it, it looked SO beat up! Take your lap tops elsewhere! Those guys are careless with your devices, like apes fiddling around with a toy they bash against the wall, without any respect or care as to how much it cost you to purchase it! They don't care about that, they just want to get paid for the DAMAGE THEY DO! The manager didn't care either. He told me, "what do you want me to do about it?" Well, I am NEVER going back to that jungle!
