The sales manager will lie to make a sale with extended warranty plans. I asked a ton of questions regarding what is covered. Time after time he said, and I quote, "it covers anything except routine maintenance, tires and wiper blades." The truth is that any repair you need requires that your Vin number and needed repair be submitted and they "let you know" if that repair will be covered on your vehicle. As you can figure out by now they usually aren't. Typical of the reptation of car sales they will say anything necessary to make a sale.

Do yourself a favor and AVOID this place! The customer service really ISN'T "customer service." They took forever to answer my questions about price comparisions and didn't seem interested in helping my daughter find the car she wanted. I was told they would call around to save us from driving to many places, but when we got there, they said they would "absolutely NOT" do that. I am disappointed and we eventually drove to Seattle and purchased the car there. What a waste of time!

This is the WORST place to purchase a Toyota. They told me I needed to pass a credit check before I could test drive a car!! 20 mins later, I passed and I was allowed to test drive a car. The salespeople were absolute jerks! They were pushy and didn't answer questions directly at all. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this place!!!
