Dr.Perry and creekside accept medicaid, But they will only perform x-rays and a routine exam, They will not do anything to actualy help you if you have medicaid, They defraud medicaid by takeing x-rays and offering the inital consultations chargeing it to medicaid , And then they tell you they cannot help you , Creekside Dental will discriminate agaist you if you have a pre exsisting medical condition , Creekside Dental will discrimate agaist you if you have medicaid , Dr Perry is either a incompotent dentist , a dentist who discriminates agaist those who are less fortunnate , or is just defruading the medicaid program , i am reporting Creekside Dental to the medicaid fraud unit first , and then i am gonna file a discrimintaion lawsuit agaist them for the treatment i was never able to get becuase i am on medicaid , unemployed , disabled , and and technically considered homeless in Washington , Creekside Dental is a very un-careing enviroment like most medical provider's in this Wasgington they do not care about the PAITIENT , they only care when your paying for there overpriced services , If your a Medicaid patient CRREKSIDE DENTAL only want's to charge medicaid for the routine oral exam , and x-rays and thats it they will not help you at all , If CREEKSIDE DENTAL should read this you should be ashamed of yourselves and i will post this same review to every major search engine until you atleast APOLOGIZE for the appauling service i received Sincerly Jeremy Bowie
