Doug Hughes, President of DH Construction & Development, joined his father's construction business in 1971. In 2000 Doug's son, Thomas, graduated from Central Washington University with a degree in Construction Management, and he has since joined the family business, serving as Project Manager. Thomas was recently appointed Vice President of the company.
