We rented a car for a vacation trip as my car decided that it needed to be worked on just before the trip.
The agent contacted me ahead of time to be sure of what time I would be there to pick the car up and when I picked the car up the process was quite simple and quick. We chose a full size car as we were going on a two week vacation and wanted the extra room and comfort and room.
The car was clean and serviced and ready to go. 2 weeks, 2400 miles and lots of fun with no issues. Check in was just as quick and simple.
I even took the requisite car I'm traveling in at a scenic spot photo of it. Great service great car.
