First time Tanner, ever, and left feeling inept. Asked clarifying questions and receptionist said she "didn't know". Called & asked for refund & was told by owner Amy no. Asked if she wanted to know why and responded " NO that she NEVER had any complaints".
They can keep the money and I will speak poorly of this neighborhood business to all that I know. When I told owner I was going to write poor reviews, her response "have fun".

Only in America can small business owners be so flippant.
