TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Went to Jenny Nails and the lady was SO worried that her potential customers were going to leave to another salon that she rushed my nails. When she was finished, my nail had a glob of nail polish that protruded above the smooth nail finish. When I went back with my concern, she assured me it wasn't a harm. When I got home (25 miles away), the shellack ripped. I called the salon and said I was going to come in to get my money back because she did a TERRIBLE job. When I got there, they demanded I sat in the chair to get it fixed. She RIPPED the shellack off of my nail, tearing my nail aggressively. They wouldn't refund my money after they said they would when I called them. Wasted an hour driving to get my money back which they lied about refunding to me. DO NOT GO. Terrible customer service.
