We have been riding the bus for over a year now to save on gas and where and tear on our car. We have had a nice bus driver all thru the school year named Rusty( I think) We ride the Washington to 40th (#9) bus. In June we got a new driver, Fred Williams. He is the nicest man. Very pleasent, helpful. He always has a smile and kind word to everyone. He always thanks everyone who rides for riding his bus. I had to ride home the other day on the 5:03 and the bus driver was rude, didn't say a word to me. My hands were full of grocery sacks. I tried to give him my transfer and he didn't take it, he just sat there looking ahead. Finally I asked if he wanted the transfer and he said "put it in the trash". We have been so impressed with Fred. We would love it if you'd keep him on our route all the time. You could certainly get rid of a few of those drivers and replace them with people like Fred and Rusty. Fred gets 5 stars. The other driver on Aug 6th (the 5:03 at Eisenhower High) gets 1 star
