This facility has real bad name at the area hospitals and I have seen this first hand. The poor patients are brought in by ambulance, dehydrated, malnourished, unhealed wounds and bed sores, they are often chemically restrained to the point of not being ale to talk. It takes days and sometimes weeks to get these patients back to a manageable level care of care. Please don't send your loved one to Brian Center without checking it out first.

this facility received a 1 star rating for nursing staff, which is the lowest score you can have. Medicare rates the staffing for nursing homes. Not enough nursing staff can affect the quality of care. Look for 5 star ratings and then visit.

Do I have to even give one star? My family member has an ulcer (unstageable to stage 3) with MRSA. Went to the hospital Doc for a treatment and the Doc removed the bandages that were soaked in urine. Absolutely disgusting! Not only that, I had to ask the nursing home to give my family member something for the severe pain (they never had given him anything, they claimed there was never a complaint of pain!). I don't think I'd last one week in that place. Another time when I was there, my family member was only given a spoon to eat his meal with. The caregiver claims the resident didn't want a fork or knife. Really, my family member has a problem swallowing. Is this a nursing home or place designed to get you "Sicker and Quicker". I've never seen anything like this in my life. It would make you cry if you knew what I know. Don't come here, please.
