They deserve not one star. I rented a TV and entertainment center from them in December. Come February now my payment is due the 15th each month. Worked all week day shift I don't live in Yankton the 15 was a Sunday and the 16th was a holiday so bank wasn't open the 17th hits and hell breaks lose I'm at work 4 missed calls 4 voice mails Dave on all 4 messages sounds distorted and drunk. I'm cooking at work my boss says some lady from Aarons called for you twice. Then my Landlord tells me Aarons called and asked for a employment verification????? Then my Mom texts said Aarons called Dave wants you to call him. I call Dave isn't there its 11am I'm done working at noon I told them the calls where unbelievable come get the stuff I'm not going to be bothered not that this is February 17 I finish work and go home at 1135 I never leave my place till work the next day. Every few days they call so I call back tell them to come get it now today is February 27 and my 3rd day off in a row been on the phone with them a few time I did laundry all day yesterday was home all day never left the apartment building Arrons called this morning now the story is they have made two attempts to get the items but I'm never home saying the 17th they came to my home at 1215pm stayed for 10 minutes and left now I got home at 1140am that day I was home my car was here no one came to my home my boyfriend was he also and no one from Aarons came here now today I also found out they where at my home yesterday.... I did laundry the washer is right next to my front door in the apartment hallway not one person came to my home to get these items. Its been two hours now since they said they would be here for the stuff its in the hallway waiting for them but they would be here in a few minutes where are they???? Playing games again. Whoever they have working for them picking stuff up is a idiot I live in a town of 300 people its not hard to find the apartment all Aarons does is cause issues they play around when it comes to picking up items cause they wanna call and harass you over and over and not get the items they where asked to get I'm sure other people have had a pleasant expierance with them if your gonna rent from a place like that just go to Rent A Center they are much more pleasant to work with..... And walking into Aarons is like walking into a morgue no one is happy no one smiles like they hate there jobs
