terribly dissapointed with this local dry cleaner. I requested to have my stuff ready on a Wednesday to be ready for our travel Thursday. The cashier told me "NO Problem". I showed up Wednesday to get clothes, and there were not there... They advertise plant on site, yet the "truck did not deliver" the batch of clothing that included my order. Asked clerk to call me as soon as they arrived. No such luck, finally after two weeks my clothes came back- yet I never received that phone call. I asked for a refund for the late items and was yelled at repeatedly by clerk in poor english "CUSTOMER SHOULD UNDERSTAND WHEN LATE" sorry this customer would have given custom cleaners another shot, had they at least refunded me for their error!
