I have been a customer of Hair Cuttery of Yardley, PA for approximately 2 years now. I have my hair services done by the Manger (Lauren). Although she seems to be a nice person and accommodating, my complaint is as follows: I am never made aware of up charges or complimentary services provided i.e.....I was lead to believe that a blow dry was an additional charge with all svs, therefore I would sit under the dryer. On one occasion I was not able to get Lauren and I booked with another stylist, however I was not told that she was a Master Stylist and her price were higher. I wasn't even aware that your shop had different level stylist. As time progressed I felt that up charges were intentionally be withheld. Personally it is not only courteous, but good customer service to make your clients aware. Not to mention she is the Manger. It has been a big turn off for me. I am in the CS industry and feel it's my responsibility to make client's aware. That is called trust!!!

Sharon is great too. My husband and I travel from the next state over instead of using a local salon, just so we can have her cut (and color) our hair.

Gabrielle Fioravanti is a great hairstylist.She is very personable, a great listener,and give a great shampoo and haircut.Her current schedule is Tue 3-9, Wed 3-9Thu 9-3, Fri 9-3, Sat 1-7, Sun Off, Mon Off
