This is a great fully equipped gym right on the Delaware Canal in Yardley Borough. It has an innovative approach whereby you schedule timeslots for you workout, and the gym is yours. Watch TV, put in a DVD, listen to the music you want, adjust the temperature to your taste, and follow a personalized workout program developed by certified trainers. I love it.
