Unfortunately this complex has a rodent infestation. To date (May 2010) I am trapping 3 to 5 mice per month in my apt. alone. If you get a cat Parkview tacks on additional fees to your rent. Roof continues to leak after several patches by maintenance. Also, Security will use their key to enter your apt. without notifying you. Stayed home from work with the flu one day and was startled awake by Security entering my apt. Excuse was that they were doing an inspection. Female neighbors have experienced the same thing. Not a very safe or secure living environment for a single woman of any age or for children. Front doors are propped open at all times of night and some door locks are jammed so that anyone can enter the main doors. Overpriced for the conditions.
