I rented a uhaul from yelm off of bald hill road. The whole experience was horrible. They were angry because I called them at four pm to tell them that I needed the truck another day, they yelled at me, then called me again and yelled at me more.

We turned it in the next evening, clean, no scratches, more then 3/4 gas, and instead of just charging me another forty dollar day rental plus ten dollars for the dolly they charged me another eighty dollars.

When I called to see why they thought I owed that much they first told me I wasn't even in their system, I think they were stalling, then they yelled at me again for having it another day, and then when I demanded they stop yelling at me and tell me why I was over charged they told me that I had driven 99 Miles. Which is impossible, I know for a fact we only drove 63.

This treatment is absolutely unacceptable. They purposely overcharged me because they were poised off at me.

I'm pregnant and moving and have enough stress to deal with, I don't need this from a place of business that should be respectful and professional.

I will never rent uhaul our any of their contractors again.
