Experience was horrible. . .the cashier closed the restrooms. Stated that she needed to clean them. The restrooms were closed the entire time I was at a food establishment, next door. An I was informed they have been closed for more than an hour. According to the employee that was present, the restrooms were not dirty. It is an unfortunate thing for someone to have a position in customer service and abuse it. I hope in the future, BP makes it against policy for their facilities restrooms to be closed for more than 30-45 minutes, if the issue is manageable by staff. All of the convenient stores,restaurants and gas stations were extremely busy, except them . . I'm sure than lost a significant amount of money, because of the cashier working during the 10:00pm time frame on April 2. She even went as far to say. "If I let you use the restroom, and others see you go in, then everyone will want to use it". . .IT'S A PUBLIC RESTROOM, REALLY?
