I don't particularly care for this place it's just there so to not inconvenience myself I waste money. The food tends to be a hit or miss and since they've added the pizzeria out back the slices have gotten so thin it's almost like magically invisible. So not worth the money. Found a hair in my food and the worker knew where it was even before I showed him, what the hell is that about. My friend bought a baked ziti that looked like it was literally slid off of someone else's plate it was gross. This place basically cares about quantity not quality anymore. Last but certainly not least the staff needs etiquette classes I've never seen a bunch of ghetto acting people working in a restaurant such as Carlo's.
