Worst service !!!!! The dispatcher is rude and unprofessional !!! Being that it is 16 degrees F out, I decided to call car service instead of walking home. I had called 30 minutes ahead for a car to pick me up at the train station. When I got off the train, the car service was not there. I had called to complain and dispatcher said driver will be there in 2 minutes. Well, 2 minutes went by and no car. So I called again to complain that it is 16 degrees out and I had called ahead of time and I am still waiting. The dispatcher told me that I am harassing him and that he will tell the driver to not pick me up if I keep harassing him !!!! Never use this service !!!
