The worst cab service EVER! Not once but on every occasion they tell you 5 minutes for a cab and it takes 30! Not even exaggerating. Writing this because I have been waiting for 30 mins for one cab and when I called back he picked someone else up. Now I have to wait another 10 mins for a new cab to come to my house!

Horrible can service. Sabe the headach call ABC instead 914 969 7770. FAMILY IS ALWAYS late to pick up. Terrible customer service will stop using after i called for a cab instead of a 20 min walk back to work and ended up waiting 45 mins. I called 4 separate times and was told i could wait or not get a cab the last time after having been told multible excuses. This taxi service is just terrible dont waste your money...try calling ABC taxi wayyyy better 914 969 7770

We might not be using them anymore, the company needs to improve their customer service .

HORRIBLE! 60 MINUTES LATE TO PICK ME UP. EVERYTIME I CALLED THERE WAS A NEW EXCUSE. I EVENTUALLY GOT PICKED UP AN HOUR LATER AND THE DRIVER WAS ON THE PHONE, SMOKING A CIGARETTE AND TOOK THE LONG WAY TO MY DESTINATION. IN OTHER WORDS, NEVER AGAIN.

Great Service!!! They picked up my mothers health care aid to go from Yonkers to Bronx a few times rain or shine or snow blizzard..Always on time, friendly no matter waht the weather ot timeof night. Very good sevice *****
