Incompetence is not even the word! These people are so unprofessional. Literally took them months after at least 30 calls to them to figure out how to pay my bill. The carrier told me that they were canceling my policy because they were never paid a dime of the original $1,300 that I paid. The carrier said that they had similar problems with Lehman insurance and they were cutting ties with them. Finally after 6 months I had to pay the balance in full... (not payments).

Now they won't provide me with certificate of insurance that I need in order to get permits for a job, because they say they won't do in unless I renew with them a month early. I PAID for my policy and they won't provide me with the services that I paid for unless I pay them early for a renewal. I will Not be renewing with these people.

Customer service SUCKS! No professionalism ever... everyone always has an attitude problem, literally spent 30-45 minutes on hold almost every time.

STEER CLEAR!
