I brought my car here because a family member recommended me, it was the worst advice ever! Long story short, I drive a Mercedes Benz. It needed repair after a front passenger side accident. Mind you that my check engine light never went off even after the accident.

I went to pick up my car after repair was finally finished after being promising it would be done a week and a half prior. As I get into my car to take it off the repair site, I notice my check engine light is on. So, I calmly inform the manager about the issue. When I tell you, he went from 0-100 REAL QUICK!!!!

He started calling me a thief. That I wanted everything for free, he's going to call the cops me if I don't leave the premises. I was so dumbfounded trying to figure out where this was coming from. I had only been to the shop two times. Once to deliver my car & sign paper work, the other to pick up my car. I sat back & informed him that he should call the cops. I paid him a handsome amount he willingly accepted for an incomplete service. I wanted to see him try to explain his story to the police.

After the common sense of my words finally registered to him, he told one of his mechanics to look into the matter. The mechanic was able to fix the issue easily. All of a sudden as I'm leaving, the manager comes out again and begins to calling me all sort of disrespectful words in public.
