Worst base ever!!! Asked them to drop my daughter off at about 1 mile and they charged $20. Please stay away from this base. terrible service.

Today i experience the worst service every. I asked my cab driver to stop at a deli. so i can take out money to pay for the ride. This rude man demands that i hand over my cellphone as proof that i would return. After i gave him the death look. I called the dispatcher to complain. The man says his driver has the right to hold my cellphone until i pay... Soooo guess what mexico... Screw you. I will never use you service. Unprofessional drivers. You get a big fat F.

Doesn't even deserve one star. The dispatchers are very nasty & rude. Told me they want to give me a baby. They're all perverts & they take FOREVER to actually send the taxi. I called them back a few times but no answer & when they answer they were laughing & said someone was outside waiting for me. I was outside the whole 15 minutes waiting no one was there at all. All this cab company does is flirt & lie. If you need real service that is actually professional go with NATIONAL ( +1 (914) 327-3290). They call you when it's outside, tell you the color/model of the car & they're very polite. ALOT better than Mexico!!!!!

They have very bad service and they charge different price every time .... It's very bad service....

Prompt service, courteous drivers. If you have the slightest problem, call dispatcher for immediate satisfaction.

They don't return anything that is left behind so make sure you double check and if it is left behind make sure you do follow ups on your wallet info and cancel asap.
