Dr. Tom is a caring and knowledgeable doctor. He listens to your ailments and makes sure he takes care of them. I am so grateful for the care I have received.

Dr. Tom was very attentive and very concerned about my needs. As well as helpful and a great listener.

Explained what was to be done.
Examined my nose and throat and felt for nodes.
Curreted my ear canals (painlessly )

Dr. Tom was extremely thorough and professional through the entire visit. He took the time to review prior notes, asked appropriate questions and proceeded to go above and beyond in my visit. The receptionists at were equally thorough as well as pleasant and helpful. She took the time to print a temporary copy of my insurance card because the numbers have changed. It meant a lot that she was so thoughtful to do that without me asking.
