Prime Locations Management (PLI) in Yonkers is the worst management company my cooperative (coop) ever hired. Our maintenance skyrocketed since they began managing our coop and we lose money every year. They get an F when it comes to managing. They think managing a coop or building means raising the maintenance. Many better rated companies charge a lot less less Prime Locations Management. Look at other professional management companies and don't let this company make your coop go broke.

Prime Locations manages the co-op complex where I reside. As a share owner for the last 15 years, I can sincerely say that our Property manager Teresa Peteli has done a pretty exceptional job in maintaining our complex too what it is today. I must also give proper recognition to all of the people that help keep our community clean and safe . To date Our complex is one of the most financially stabled co-op communities in Yonkers. All this is not possible without great management .

It is no wonder the Amsters and Prime Locations are now writing and posting their own reviews but they are not fooling anyone. They are amateurs. This is not a professional run management company, run!

Management company is virtually non-existent for tenant concerns. I have tried for 15 months to contact Robert Stasiak to mitigate a noise issue with a special needs child above me. (They have exposed hardwoods and the child is banging on my ceilings day and night). He has NEVER returned my several phone calls, rarely returned my emails, and just wrote them some hollow letters. Nothing has changed! Stay away from properties managed by Prime Locations. Just terrible follow through and customer satisfaction.
