This store was a great neighborhood furniture store. I have purchased several things from Rogers. Bedroom furniture, living room even my kitchen set two years ago. My mother has shopped there since I was a small kid when it was just the father. I even helped my youngest sister purchase her first living room set for her first apartment there. I liked it when the father and other son ran it. They were nice, friendly I even bought the son back liquor from a trip I went on, because I liked them. Now that is no longer the case. The customer service is the worse. I went there saw two nightstands that Rebecca said she had in stock. Guess what she only had one and a damaged one they were so willing to give me at a discounted rate. No thank you I will pay full price for what I want (nothing damaged). If you order something as small as a nightstand they'll tell you it will be there in a week. Don’t believe them I've been waiting for almost two weeks now. Every day that I call it's always tomorrow, tomorrow. I called again today and requested a refund if it don't come “tomorrow”. GUESS WHAT you can’t get one of those either. So what do you do? I can’t get my nightstands; I can’t get my money back. This store and this management suck. I rate it a zero (0) no stars!!!!!! Thank you I feel much better now Good day!
