ervice terrible every time i go there, extremely unorganized, note: its NOT the staffs fault at all, the manager/owner. He is extremely UN-organized & IF your are not a weekly regular and go in you will (1) WAIT and (2) if they are doing your nails and a regular customer comes in, they will leave you and make you wait, ((extremely poor customer service) & EXTREMELY poor management. I know, it has happened to me more than 5 times, i have a gift cert, as soon as this expires i will never go there, i know lots of other customers who will not go there because of the poor management.
