The staff at Yonkers Kia is great, my sales Person was Bennie C, he is very knowledgeable and patient in making sure all questions are answered and all needs are met. Provided by YP.comI have went to the Kia Dealer in Fair Lawn and I felt like I was being sold (the process was a bit much, my head hurted). A week later I went to the Kia Dealer in Yonkers and the process was less painful. I enjoyed the process and it lead me into making my decision. Two days later I was honking my honk as I rolled off the lot! Bennie was Great GREAT GREAT!

Laszlo was so friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and provided the highest level of customer service. He was a professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Simply the best! From the beginning, Las was a pleasure to deal with: no pressure, knew his product, asked the right questions (and listened to the answers) and was honest. Best f all, I got a great deal on the car!

I was overly impressed with the service that I received at Yonkers Kia located on Central Ave on March 22,2014. Laszlo whom was our car salesman went above and beyond the call of duty to help make our visit as enjoyable as possible. I have gone to other dealerships before and most if not all of them just try to shove a car down your throat, they do no try to figure out what the best type of vehicle is for you’re lifestyle and what price ranges work best for you, they are only really concerned with making a sale. Laszlo explained to my fiancé and I the difference between what a lease was and what financing was, explained all the types of vehicles that Kia offers and when we came across the vehicle that we fell in love with ( Kia Optima) he took the time to explain the type of features that the different models of the Optima offer. I can honestly say that I would highly recommend my friends and family to Yonkers Kia because I can be sure that they will receive the utmost respect and help that they deserve. Thanks so much again to Laszlo and Yonkers Kia!

Provided by YP.comInitially inquired about a Used 2012 Optima SX on 2/19. Received an email on 2/20 saying I should expect a phone call, which I received. I returned the call the same day and spoke with Dorothy. Explained that in 2 weeks I would be purchasing and wanted more details regarding fees.
I then went on vacation (and was explained during our call and email) and said I would be in touch when I returned. I returned 2/28 and immediately contacted Dorothy regarding the car:
Email at 10:56am Dorothy indicated that the car was still available: “Welcome back! Well, the vehicle is actually still available. I just saw it today on our lot. Being today is the last day of month I can not guarantee that it would still be available by Sunday or Monday, but at the current time it is still here…if you would like to leave a deposit on it now so it can be held until you get here I can do that as well”
12:12pm I replied back saying that before I put a deposit down, I wanted to talk price. (If I’m going to leave a deposit on a car 2 hours away, I want to make sure the price is agreed upon first). I made an offer and indicated I would put a deposit down and schedule an appointment for Saturday (3/2)
12:31pm I received a reply back from Dorothy saying she was “going to talk to my sales manager and see what he says. I will be in touch very shortly.”
12:43pm I received another reply asking that I call the sales manager to “finding out, if possible he might be able to get you into a new vehicle for a great price, instead of looking at this pre-owned. His name is Rich Palmeri 914-337-3800. He is kindly awaiting your response.”
I called Rich at 12:59pm and left him a voicemail. He didn’t call back.
1:38pm I emailed Dorothy again indicating that I left Rich a message, wanted to square everything away and then put down a deposit.
I then called Rich again at 5:14pm and again, never received a call back.
6:17pm I emailed Dorothy saying I left Rich another message and that we just needed to agree on a price, that I could be up on Saturday, and to have Rich call me back either way.
3/1:
Rich calls me at 11:19am telling me the car is no longer available. He initially said the car sold yesterday, and then last night. Throughout our conversation, he then changed his story to something like, “it was sold a couple days ago and picked up yesterday.” He then told me that he tried calling me yesterday but “got my voicemail or something.” This is false as I had my phone in front of me on my desk all day yesterday waiting for his call.
Rich then offered to get me into a new car (without the Technology Package that the Used car had) for $1000 more than the used car price. While this offer was nice, it was still $1000 more than similar offers I received. I don’t have $1000 more. I was approved for a specific loan amount.
Really just a terrible experience altogether and I will surely be taking my business elsewhere. I’d rather purchase a car from an honest dealership that WANTS my business rather than Yonkers Kia. I would never recommend them to anyone. I question what they were going to do with my deposit on a car that they didn’t have/was already sold.

Provided by YP.comWORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM THEY SOLD ME A USED VEHICLE WITH A BAD DRIVETRAIN AND A LEAK IN MY POWER STEERING HOSE WHICH THEY HAD ACKNOWLEDGE RIGHT AFTER I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE THEY PROMISED AND SWORE IT WOULD BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY THEN CANCELLED ALL MY SERVICE APPOINTMENTS PUSHING ME OUT OFF MY WARRANTY INTENTIONALLY SO THEY WOULDNT HAVE TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE THEY ARE COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT THEY PUT THE WRONG FLUIDS IN THE VEHICLE WHICH ALMOST CAUSED THE ENGINE TO SEIZE AND THEN CHARGED ME 1100 DOLLARS TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE AFTER THEY HAD PROMISED THIS WOULD BE COVERED UNDER MY WARRANTY THE BECAUSE THE DEALER HAD ACKNOWLEDGED THE ISSUE I WAS UNABLE TO GET AN EXTENDED WARRANTY UNTIL THEY RESOLVED THE ISSUES BECAUSE OF THIS THE HOSE BLEW OUT CAUSING HTE PWER STEERING PUMP TO SEIZE DRIVEBELT TO SNAP THEY THEN REPAIRED THE VEHICLE AFTER THE TRUCK SAT AT THE DEALERSHIP FOR 9 1/2 WEEKS 2 FULL MONTHS UNTIL I CONTACTED THE OWNER, BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, NYS ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE NATIONAL KIA CONSUMER AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT AND THE MANAGERS AND DISTRICT MANAGERS AS WELL AS THE FINANCE COMPANY THEY REFUSED TO SERVICE MY VEHICLE IN A TIMELY MATTER UNTIL I FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH ALL THESE DEPARTMENTS I CURRENTLY AM FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH A LEMON LAWSUIT WITH THE DEALERSHIP AND HAVE HAD THE WORST AND MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION THEY WERE IGNORING MY CALLS NOT ANSWERING MY MESSAGES PAWNING ME AND MY ISSUE OFF FROM ONE MANAGER TO THE NEXT AND CONTINUED THIS PROCESS UNTIL MY LAWYERS CONTACTED THEM WITH THE SUIT I THANK GOD HAD ALL MY DOCUMENTATION FROM ANOTHER DEALER WITHIN MY WARRANTY TIMEFRAME TO BE ABLE TO COMBAT THERE LIES AND DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PROCEDURES IN ADDITION I HAD GIVEN AN INTITIAL DEPOSIT OF 1000 ON A CREDIT CARD AND 500 CASH THE CASH DEPOSIT WAS NOT INCLUDED ON MY FINANCE AND WAS POCKETED BY THE SALES REP STEPH AND THE SALES MANAGER PAUL THIS IS THE SHADYEST MOST CORRUPT DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER USED AND I HAVE PURCHASED 8 VEHICLE FROM DEALERSHIPS ALL OVER NYS I WOULD ADVISE TO STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THEM AS ALL THE BUSINESS PROCEDURES ARE SCAMS AND THERE STAFF ARE JUST AS SHADY AS THE SCANDALOUS BUSINESS. THERE ARE NO ETHICS MORALS OR RESPECT FROM ANY OF THERE STAFF INCLUDING THERE MANAGEMENT AND THE DEALERSHIP SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN I AM FOLLWOING THROUGH WITH SUIT TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL POSSIBLE AND WILL NOT STOP UNTIL I PROTECT OTHER BUYERS AND CONSUMERS FROM THE SAME ISSUES AND SCAMS THEY HAVE PUT ME THROUGH PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT EVEN STEP FOOT ON THERE PROPERTY AS THERE SLICK TALKING SLY EFFORTS TO PLAY YOU AS A COSUMER ARE VERY WELL TRAINED ON HOW TO TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE OF ANY AND ALL PEOPLE ON EVERY LEVEL POSSIBLE BY FAR THE MOST CORRUPT HORRIBLE DISRESPECTFUL RUDE UNHELPFUL BELIGERENTLY RIDICOLOUS STAFF AND DEALER I BELEIVE IN THE WHOLE STATE OF NY NEVER GO THERE EVER AND NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM AS YOU WILL REGRET IT UNTIL THE DAY YOU GET RID OF THE VEHICLE YOU GOT FROM THEM AND GET A NEW ONE ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS THAT THE STATE EVEN ALLOWS BUSINESSES LIKE THIS TO EXIST MY ADVISE IS AVOID THEM AT ALL COST NO MATTER WHAT

Really....the service dept in this place is horrendous....I bought a used car from them for around three grand...and in ten months I have put over four grand into it. I PUT A LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY DOWN ON A VEHICLE AND WHEN UNFORSEEN OCCURENCES AROSE, I WENT TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND WAS PUT THROUGH UNECESSARY HOOPS TO GET IT BACK! IT HAS BEEN 5 DAYS AND I STILL HAVEN'T GOT MY MONEY BACK, BUT THEY WERE SOOOOO WILLING TO TAKE IT FROM ME AND THAT ONLY TOOK A COUPLE OF SECONDS...DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!! GO TO BRONX KIA WHERE THEY WILL ONLY ASK FOR MINIMAL MONEY DOWN AND REALLY BE HONEST WITH YOU! IF YOU WANT A REFUND THEY WILL EXPEDITE IT! I WILL BUY A CAR FROM SAL AT BRONX KIA!
