After waiting two weeks for a scheduled appointment with All American Koating (for a simple shower pan re-coat) they canceled my appointment yesterday. The work was rescheduled for today @ 9:00am to 9;30am. At 11:00am, with no one in sight, I called the dispatcher and she told that she would call me right back. She never did.
After reaching only their answering machine for the next couple of hours, I finally reached the dispatcher again and asked her if anyone was on there way. Her only response was that she relayed my message at 11:00am and "that was all she could say". She promply hung-up while I was still attempting to ask her if anyone was coming and never heard from them again (I haven't been treated like that since my last trip to the DMV).
I took a day off work to pay All American Koating to perform some simple work. They never calIed to cancel, reschedule or apologize. It's funny, I would have been satisfied if I received just one honest phone call (maybe a little annoyed, but hey, that's life).
Save yourself some time and loads of aggravation and go anywhere else, it can't be any worse.
We pride ourself on doing an excellent job. I am not sure what happend with this exact job, as the reviewer did not leave there name only indentification is "mobility1" We always do our best to get to jobs on time, and always answer our phone calls. Thank you for the review so we can follow up and see that we dropped the ball. If you would like to contact us we would like to rectify the situation. Also please note there is All American Koating and All American Coating! We are a Kott Koating dealer and have many satisfied customers. We are ALL AMERICAN KOATING!
