I live at a community managed by J&H in central California, we have lived in our park for 27 years. I feel lucky because the owner of the park really cares about this mobile home park community. We have had 3 different management companies manage our mobile home park community and J&H and their team of managers have been the most professional group. Our current managers are exceptional and top rate. I see negative comments about this company on the internet this has not been my experience at all. Whenever I have needed to contact J&H they have always been very helpful. Our managers here at the park work very hard to keep our park looking its best, make necessary improvements and treat everyone with respect. I feel lucky to have such a professional group of people managing our park. Once I received a courtesy notice informing me to paint my home, I knew it needed to be painted but didn't have the money at the time. When I spoke with the managers at our park they contacted J&H who was more than happy to give me more time. I was given the phone number to J&H if I need to contact them. Additionally, we have had people in our community that do not follow the rules, such as parking in the street or letting their cats outdoors or they did not keep their spaces maintained. Our managers have worked hard to get these people to comply with the rules too. Some have even left and we are happy to see them go. Our park has been improved since J&H started managing here and our community has improved since they began to manage of park.

As a Resident Manager I was very surprised to see these comments.... I have found J&H to be a highly professional company with integrity and honesty!!! For this reason I would never consider working for another management company. They are the best I think because in this world where most people blame others J&H handles tough situations well... balancing the interests of the park owner, while always doing what is required by law, maintainaing balanced budget for improvement and working to encourage residents to maintain and/or improving their park by complying with rules and regulations. Like every company J&H continues to make improvements from year to year, and I believe they are an even better and stronger company now after 30 years of experience. Every park is unique, the best parks are where residents and management work together to improve the community. My son, 41 yrs. old, suddenly and unexpectedly died on 12/31/15, under suspicious circumstances, at 258 W. 7th St., Sp. 27, San Jacinto, CA 92583. This mobile is in a community park managed by this company, manager Michael Kiernan. I contacted the park manager. She refused to cooperate with me, saying they followed strict guidelines in managing of the mobiles. No rentals, only owner-occupied. There are background and credit checks. She allowed the woman in Sp. 27 to reside in the mobile, many prior evictions, illegal criminal immigrant, many aliases, DOB's, SSN's, prior violent acts. My son was dead in the mobile several hours before she called 911. She then provided false info. to responders, police, hospital, and coroner. She fled the hospital before the coroner arrived, with his personal property, after misrepresenting herself as his wife, next-of-in. I want Michael Kiernan to contact me. (951) 391-6067.
