PATIENTS BEWARE. Not only was my back extremely unhappy after my visit, but they also appeared to have issued what may have been fraudulent charges. Was told there were "additional procedures" that were "not covered" by my insurance so they charged an additional amount to my co-pay during my visit. Afterwards, I asked for more info to understand what those items were and, after several calls and receiving plenty of suspiciously conflicting information, was able to confirm by contacting my insurance that they were in fact "covered" procedures and I should not have paid anything additional to my normal co-pay. I might add that this was also after many calls back and forth where I was given the run-around by both the office staff and the insurance....neither of them wanting to provide a direct answer to my questions until they appeared to be backed into a corner due to their own conflicting responses that I called them on.
