USA Multifamily Management bought this affordable housing complex in Dec. 2012 and immediately our association was disbanded along with the activities director being let go. All activities in the clubhouse were no more. They have done a complete upgrade of air conditioning, faucets, new lighting, frig, stove and dishwasher. The parking lot was sluried and parking space assigned. The new appliances are cheap (no temp gauge on the oven so need an oven thermometer). The maintenance man is condesending and arrogant. He's very unpopular .Effective 1/1/14 our rent is going up $122.00 per month on it's way to an additional $98.00 in the near future. With this company it's their way or move. No "homey" feeling like we had with the previous owners. We have lost many long time residents and I'm heading out looking for a new place after being happy here for over 6 years.
