Worst experience ever all i wanted to do is have my car washed now not only did they basically leave my car dirty charge me $22.00 but i now have 3 scratches 2 on trunk and a large one on my hood. I take care of my car i paid extra to have it hand washed to make sure there are no scratches when going through wash. When i confronted the manager of the car wash Francisco he looked right at me and told me it was my fault. What?? . He never question Sylvester who was the man that washed my car never apologized nothing. I then realized i was wasting I contact the owner Marie who asked me to come back in the following day i did hoping for a positive result based on her company mistakes and poor customer service.NO let me tell you she looked at me and told me its not there problem. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS SHADY BUSINESS THEY'RE NOT NICE NOR A REPUTABLE COMPANY THEY'RE SLOPPY, CARELESS, AND UNAPPRECIATIVE OF THERE CUSTOMERS AND OUR CARS...

To MJ, First of all it's a car wash. It's a family run business that has been around for many years. They are all (from the guy that takes your request in line to the guy that hands you your keys) very warm and personable. The cashier is the owner and in her 60's I believe. She is swamped and is the one answering the phone. She is a sweetheart and always pleasant. Please don't let your call on a busy day dissuade you. I personally get a hand wash with tire dressing and it's around $15-16. It's an average wash but never in 12 years have I heard of anyone having an issue with them and I appreciate the fact that they are fast.

I called to find out what special they had for the day and the lady that answered said, "no specials", do you have a coupon? I said no. She said, "$1.50 off then". I said, "What packages do you have?" She said, "You have to come, I am very busy". Very poor business relations. They just lost a costumer.
