Provided by YP.comI've never encountered a more unprofessional business.. ever. They were supposed to deliver my piano almost three weeks ago. They never showed up and they have yet to call me back. I've called and left multiple voicemail messages and I've also sent multiple emails. They still have my piano and they refuse to return any of my messages. I'm at the point now where I may have to contact a lawyer in order to get my piano back. Don't ever, ever use this company unless you don't want your piano returned back to you. Like I said, I've never encountered this kind of treatment from a business. If you look them up with the Better Business Bureau, they have received an "F" rating. I'm in the process now of filing a formal complaint with the Bureau.

Provided by YP.comMy DC-area piano move went very smoothly, no problems. The manager Jake was very courteous and helpful despite multiple schedule changes on my part. The price was about $150 less than that quoted by a competitor. Would definitely use them again.

Provided by YP.comThis company scheduled a pick up at 6:30am and did not show up or call.I waited over 3 and a half hours for them to call me back (after calling them numerous times). They stated they could not deliver the piano the day of the move because they misquoted the move - a mistake on the companies behalf. The company dispatcher, Jake, lied to cover his mistakes and ended up becoming very loud, cursing and hung up the phone. After contacting the owner, he was apologetic, however he did not offer to deliver the piano at the quoted price. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company AT ALL. Their website seems to portray a sound, reputable company but they are certainly not. Very poor customer service overall.
