Buyer Beware!!! Worst windows I have ever purchased The salesman gave us false information including that the triple pane glass was superior to single and double pane windows. We have had.multiple problems from day one from broken frames, balancers and defective glass to name a few. The company has fixed a few but not all. Presently the windows build up condensation during the night on the inside and outside of them which clears by mid morning.They are triple pane and we were told that the temperature would not transfer hot or cold through them which it does. They are also drafty an they are difficult to clean. I have asked to be compensated for the defective windows but the company refuses and insists that they are working properly.
I have purchased windows in the past for my other home and never had any of the problems that I have had with the Applyby Windows. I am sorry that I purchased them.
