Worst internet service provider I have ever had. Paying for 125 Mbps and only receiving 0.02 Mbps. Customer service representatives rush through the basic when dealing with problems and are eager to transfer you without giving any results. Problems have not been fixed over the past 6 months with continuous issue reporting. They say they can guarantee service satisfaction but only do the bare minimum. I am now looking for a new service provider, will never recommend this service to anybody I know, and would tell anybody and anyone on the street or in line at Walmart how horrible this company is.
