It's obvious why I am the first to submit a review on this website. CPC Early Headstart Child Care Center is free for those who qualify. I am assuming since the child care is free, then parents who send there children there do not feel the need to complain. The assistant director is unbelievably unprofessional and the staff is very "cliquey". Not all, but most of the staff is made of up of younger women, who are very close minded individuals. Although I have never been subjected to work there(or lucky to have not), I have heard all about the management being unfair and power hungry. It is very sad and I feel horrible for those who have been fired or quit because of the harassment and bullying by other staff. They should realize that's it's a job. You are there for the children, So they should do their job and worry less about each other. Also, if you have a masters degree and consider applying there...don't. The management and staff seem to be intimidated by those with more education
