I have had 2 dealings with Cwork within 2-3 weeks concerning my cell phone. I have insurance with The Signal, but apparently the work is done by Cwork, I have had to send back 2 phones to them, I think paying insurance premiums each month and then the $50 deductible, plus $15.00 extra I paid to get it expedited, one should expect a new phone. Do you get a new phone? NOOOOOOOOOOOO.. you get a phone that,,,,,,,,The first "reconditioned" phone lasted 4 days, the 2nd one I got yesterday lasted less then 8 hours.. Is this fair to the consumers? I think not. I cant even find out if they are members of the Better Business Bureau.. All I want is a cell phone that works. Too hard to get? Apparently so,, Sooooooooooo..I get to try for number 3 now... What a shame.
