I LOVE going here, they really know what they are doing and truly care about the customer. Both sisters are great at designs and the entire family is a blast to be around. I will not go anywhere else, I’ve never had any problems with my nails and if I did, they would fix it right away. They are true professionals who care about their work and they do it so well.

This was the worst manicure I EVER had. I arrived at 6:45 pm for a gel manicure. Was quoted a price of $35 which is $10 higher than what I pay at other area salons. I was cut a break to $30. The normal procedure for a basic manicure was not followed. I know the procedure because I studied to be a manicurist. The manicuring tools were not sterilized. My nails were not soaked. My cuticles were removed without any softener or oil. The polish selection and quality was poor. As a result the polish was applied and removed twice. The final result was a bumpy lumpy mess and one of my cuticles bled because of improper removal of a hang nail. I was asked to come back the next day so they could fix them because it was 8:00 and I had plans. I noticed that the shop closed at 8:00. They were packing up to leave without emptying trash cans and cleaning stations. I highly doubt they'd pass a surprise inspection from the state board. I paid the $30, but this so called gel manicure should have been free. Their practices need to be investigated.

Walked in for the very first time n a CHILD approached n said pick out a color i said ok meanwhile i took s buisness card i picked out two colors wasnt sure if the one color would be too light so i put a lil on the back of the buisness card n the child come racing over n scolded me loudly in front of everyone they all stopped n stared at me as i said im taking the buisness card with me he continued to tell me dont do that DO NOT PAINT on the card smartly mind u this was a child i said ok sorry he said well u cant do that i said ok again now im already getting the stare down from everyone in the place the adult man said nothing I never felt so embarassed NEVER EVER will I EVER walk in there again im only giving a 1 star cuz im required to pick one

I went here for the first time a few weeks ago because i was having trouble finding a nail salon that i was completely satisfied with. They are so friendly and FAST. They did a great all around job and i would highly recommend them!

Buyer BEWARE, nicest people but they do terrible acrylic nails. Paid for gel nail polish, had to go back the next day because two of them chipped already, went back 3 days later for another two nails to be fixed. Owner wouldn't repaint all of them. Needless to say a week later I had them ALL redone and they look great. Total waste of my time and $$ :(

Was very disappointed, they were very busy and took it out on my toes :(

My nails are jagged and not even at all, my girlfriend didn't even get hers cut or filled or the cuticles done. 40 bucks and I could have done a better job. And they don't sanitize the bowls between customers, wipe down with a sponge and rinse and fill up for the next person.

ok service but very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very (DIRTY)
