I went here to return a shirt I bought. I tried exchanging it, but they didn't have another in my size. There was a manager working the register and she gave me a very hard time (right after Christmas) because I wanted cash back. I had spent over $100 on that receipt. I paid with part cash and part gift card. Every store I shop at says that if you return something, you get it back how you paid. She gave me a horrible attitude about giving me cash back, even though that was how I paid for most of the order. She said, "Didn't you say you were going to the other DicksSportingGoods to see if they had your size?" I did say that, but if I paid cash, I want cash because what if the other store doesn't have my size. She sighed, gave me an attitude and demanded that she see my driver's license. I was surprised that she wanted my license since I had my receipt and the shirt still had all the tags and everything but I didn't question here because I just wanted to get out of there at this point. I was shocked at the poor customer service, considering how much I have been spending there, the fact that I had my receipt and was simply trying to do a simple, uncomplicated exchange. Aside from the poor customer service, the store is very neat and clean.
