Horrible! I had Lloyd replace my furnace and AC unit. He put in a unit that was way too small. After much back and forth he increased the size of the unit but of course, I had to pay for it, even though it was his error. My downstairs is freezing cold but we sweat when we're upstairs. He never did figure out the problem. It took him over a year to address minor aspects of the job and then found he cut wrong lines that interfere with the functioning of other areas in my house. Called him over and over, asked for receipts, emailed, no reply. Shoddy work, that's still incomplete. UNPROFESSIONAL at best.

I am disabled. This guy came to my house to give me a free estimate for a leaking shower repair. He charged me $45.00 for the free estimate, which he said he would refund and never did. After 4 weeks of runaround, I had to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau. $45.00 means a lot to someone disabled w\ no income. Just a common thief.

Mr Emory came out over a weekend and replaced a water pressure regulator. It took him just over an hour. It cost $347.40. I checked with Home Depot and that part costs $68.00. You do the math on the labor.
