When I walked in I was not greeted by the hostess, whom was dressed in tight jeans not at all business or restaurant dress, and was playing on her cellphone. Drink orders were never taken and I had to get my drinks by getting up from the table and going to the bar. Finally, the Hibachi grill was turned on and our food started to cook. While our food was cooking we were given our salads and soup while we were getting our dinner! Not before the dinner like being served an appetizer. Then the grill stopped working. So I got cold food once it was done.

I had a coupon for a couple dollars off. With all the issues I had, my 10 person party (that's a lot of money, 10 people with drinks and Hibachi), I should've received a compensation. None of my coupons made a difference at all, and I wasn't compensated. Do not go here. Go anywhere else but here. Horrible service, no one ut the bar tender actually spoke or understood English.
