I had a flat tire on the side of 83 South and pulled over in a fairly rough spot during morning traffic. She was prompt in arriving and concerned for my safety and safety of others. She was fast in loading my car and very professional. She took me to my dealership in Mechanicsburg (28 miles from where I was stuck) and was very helpful and understanding when I forgot to pay before leaving! (I forgot anything over 15 miles I had to cover!) She was very understanding and patient with me and helped fix this over the phone. Would highly recommend to anyone! Thanks again Melody!

These guys are great, I had to get towed at 2:30am, I was stuck on a hill in a narrow parking lot where (I wasn't aware) they don't allow yow trucks into this business's parking lot without notice, the driver helped me push my car back a bit on an incline and line it up, then when we got back to the house which also is narrow, he helped me push it into a space uphill a little. Then helped me fix my bumper which had fallen off a little a few days earlier. Service was wonderful despite difficulties and he really went the extra mile for me.
